Meet Jennifer McClain
With over 26 years of extensive experience in healthcare, Jen has built her career on providing exceptional, compassionate support for all of her patients. She began her journey in critical care, gaining valuable experience working with post-surgical patients, including those recovering from open-heart procedures. Over the years, she transitioned into new areas of healthcare, continuing to expand her skills and deliver patient-centered interventions.
Most recently, as a nurse practitioner in post-acute care, she focused on helping older adults recover from acute conditions. Jen took pride in building lasting relationships with these patients, guiding them in managing chronic illnesses and improving their quality of life. Through her experiences, she came to recognize a significant gap in healthcare—many people struggle to find providers who genuinely take the time to understand their symptoms or concerns.
She found it challenging to access the kind of treatment she sought for herself—support from providers who truly listened and responded to her needs. That’s why she created Vital Balance 10, a new med spa in Canton designed to help her patients feel heard and supported. Whether you’re facing changes in hormones, symptoms of menopause, or signs of aging, Jen and her team welcome you to VB10 with open arms.
Jen and her team take a whole-body approach to wellness. They recognize that hormonal health, weight management, and the changes that come with aging can each play a role in how we feel. She is passionate about empowering people to feel their best and lead healthier lives.
Jen strives to make a positive impact in the community, knowing that healthcare extends beyond the clinic to enrich the lives of those around her. She believes that when patients feel their best, they can be more present in their families, workplaces, and local community—creating a ripple effect of positive change.
Outside of her professional life, Jen is a proud wife and mother of 9 wonderful children. She loves to travel and explore different cultures when she isn’t continuously expanding her healthcare knowledge.
